this is one of the most detailed free procedural building generators for blender, there is so much detail but its also easy to use with just a few parameters for so much variation
Note: this generator is available on sketchfab, so there multiple download option, download the blender file to get the procedural building otherwise the rest are not procedural
the only disadvantage with this generator is that it generates one style of building, for more variations you can try PCG generator
