How to Install & Use Art Manager
Art Manager is a web-based application that runs locally on your computer using PHP. Follow these simple steps to get started:
1. Install XAMPP
Download and install XAMPP from apachefriends.org
XAMPP provides PHP and Apache server needed to run Art Manager locally
2. Download Art Manager
Download the Art Manager ZIP file and extract it
Contains all the PHP files and web interface for the application
3. Copy to htdocs
Paste the Art Manager folder into your XAMPP htdocs directory
Usually located at C:\xampp\htdocs\ on Windows
4. Start PHP Server
Open XAMPP Control Panel and start only the Apache service
Art Manager only needs PHP - no database required!
5. Enable Auto-start
Configure XAMPP to auto-start with Windows for convenience
Check "Svc" boxes in XAMPP Control Panel for Apache service
