how to render tranparent backgrounds in blender

if you want to render transparency or an image with no background in blender it takes just a few steps:

  • Go to render properties
  • find the film panel
  • check the transparent check box
  • go to the output settings
  • go to the output panel
  • under file format select a format that supports transparency like png
  • the under color you have options BW,RGB,RGBA make sure you have RGBA selected

and thats it you can render with transparency now
